Came for the price, stayed because the core workflow is genuinely solid. Setup took me about twenty minutes, imports worked first time, and the exports are clean enough to drop straight into our reporting. Easy recommendation for anyone in a similar setup.

About Driftvault
Driftvault is built for e-commerce stores who are tired of hosting bills that climb every renewal. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, browser tabs and half-configured tools with one place that does the job and gets out of the way.
Setup takes about 18 minutes. Connect your existing accounts, import what you already have, and Driftvault starts working against your real data the same afternoon. There is no onboarding call and no implementation fee.
What you get
Every tier includes the core workflow, unlimited exports, and email support with a stated response time. Higher tiers raise the usage limits and add team seats — the comparison table below shows exactly where the lines are drawn, so you can buy the smallest tier that fits and upgrade later if you outgrow it.
About the vendor
The team has been shipping since 2021 and publishes a public changelog. Lifetime access covers the Solo feature set as it exists today plus future updates to it; features launched as separate paid add-ons are not included.
Lifetime deal terms
One-time payment of $79 to $237 for lifetime access. Codes are redeemed on the vendor's site using the instructions in your vault. 60-day refund window as stated at checkout.
What this does not do
There is no phone support. Storage is capped per tier; overages are not available.

Weighted by recency, verified redemption, time owned and normalised helpfulness. The method.
Came for the price, stayed because it has already paid for itself against what we were spending monthly. Support replied within a day with an actual answer rather than a template. One small gripe: the mobile view needs work. Otherwise excellent.
I was sceptical about the lifetime model but the core workflow is genuinely solid. Setup took me about twenty minutes, imports worked first time, and the exports are clean enough to drop straight into our reporting. The not-for list on the listing was accurate, which I appreciated.
Refunded after ten days. The core feature failed on my real data twice and support took four days to respond with a generic answer. For a tool that sells itself on reliability that is not good enough. Cannot recommend at any tier right now.
I wanted to like this. Half the integrations listed are one-way or beta. The documentation describes a product that does not quite exist yet. Got the refund without fuss, which I will credit them for.
Redemption was fine; the product was not. The comparison table implies the first tier covers a working team; in practice the seat and usage caps make it a solo plan. I felt misled by the framing, not lied to, but the effect is the same. Maybe revisit in a year.
Not what the listing suggested. Performance degraded badly once I imported more than a few thousand records. The vendor says a fix is coming but I bought a tool, not a promise. Got the refund without fuss, which I will credit them for.
