It is fine, with caveats. the limits on the first tier are tight if you have more than a handful of clients. I would push most people to the second tier. Keeping it, but keeping an eye on it.

I was sceptical about the lifetime model but it does the one thing it promises without drowning you in options. The interface is plain, which I mean as a compliment — nobody on my team needed a walkthrough. One small gripe: the mobile view needs work. Otherwise excellent.
